Your shopper account
PPP Studio uses Clerk to provide Google sign-in and email verification codes. Google sign-in requests your basic identity, email address and profile information. PPP uses your verified email and account identity to keep your purchases and saved delivery details together. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or contacts.
Purchases and delivery
Checkout collects contact and delivery information needed to process and fulfill your order. You can save your name, nickname, telephone number, address and country in your shopper profile. Stripe processes card payments; PPP does not store your full card number or security code. PPP keeps order, payment and receipt records for fulfillment and accounting.
Custom order inquiries
When you send a custom order inquiry, PPP stores your contact details, garment choice, quantities, design brief and requested timing so its team can review the project and contact you. An inquiry does not confirm a price, delivery date or production commitment. PPP also stores a hashed network identifier to limit spam and a request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. Inquiry details are available to authorized PPP staff.
PPP AI helper
The optional helper sends the conversation and any mockup images you attach to OpenAI to answer your questions. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or other sensitive details. Chat requests use store:false; provider data handling remains subject to OpenAI’s applicable policies. PPP does not save chat text or mockup images as staff records unless you explicitly submit a custom inquiry. Conversation history stays in the open helper and is cleared when it is closed or the page is refreshed. PPP stores a hashed network identifier and request times to limit abuse. The helper provides guidance; staff confirm artwork, manufacturing suitability, pricing and timing.
Design drafts on your device
You can choose to save a creator draft in this browser, including garment settings, your design brief, sizing requests and original artwork. After saving or resuming a draft, changes save automatically. Contact details and consent are not included. Drafts are available for up to seven days, are removed after a successful inquiry, and can be deleted using the creator’s draft controls. They are not synced to other devices or sent to PPP until you submit your inquiry. Clearing browser data can also remove your draft.
Saved items and shopping activity
Your shopping bag and device favorites are stored in your browser. Signed-in shoppers can choose to save favorites to their account. PPP records shop activity such as product views, repeat visits, saved items, bag and checkout activity to understand how the shop is used. Confirmed sales are recorded separately from browsing activity. Sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session.
Service providers and access
Clerk handles shopper authentication, Stripe handles payments, and the shop’s hosting services store and serve application data. PPP uses these services to operate the shop. Shopper accounts do not grant access to PPP’s staff dashboard or another customer’s private order portal.
Manage your information
You can edit saved delivery details and account favorites from your shopper Profile and sign out when finished. For questions or a request to access, correct or delete shopper information, contact PPP through our website or the support email displayed on the Google sign-in consent screen. Some order and payment records may need to be retained for accounting or outstanding orders.
